This website was for a service-based business, providing computer services at home as well as remote computer help. Their aim was to help the users and get an insight into how the computer problems could be solved with their own home services as well as remote services. That is the online software and Hardware Solutions. This website is only a service-based website and it was mostly a one-page website with all the services and the pricing Etc included. Service-based websites are usually developed with a Keen interest in the digital presence of the service providers who can provide their online services to the consumers

This website was based in Germany. So we had to look into the German competitors of the same business who are working in the same Niche and took inside from the business websites. The website was developed to be kept simple at smooth with all the information provided on one click and the website, responsiveness was key factor for the promotion of business. We kept the research apt to ensure maximum competetive advantage for the users.

User Personas

The users are people who are facing the problem with the computer devices, be it Hardware or software and they are looking for assistance regarding their problems. And this website would be providing them the Home Services as well as the remote or offline services. There is no specific age group, it could be teenagers to adults having problems with their computers.

Solution

The website is developed with a WordPress content management system and the design was done using the elementor pro for better results. The translation widget was added as the website is in the dutch language. Google translator widget and the Recaptcha were also included along with the Google font API. iPhone webclips icons were added for mobile phone compatibility. Toollipster, lightbox, and spin java scripts were used in the development. Lets encryptSSL were used, and the web hosting were done from the stitching digi. Really simple discovry plugin was also added for proper visibility.
